Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy applies to your use of Flowdesk's website, integrations, automated pipelines, portals, dashboards and related services. It supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party rights. • Transmit or facilitate malware, spyware, ransomware or other harmful code. • Interfere with or attempt unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts. • Use automation outputs for deceptive, abusive or high-risk decision-making without human oversight where required by law or good practice. • Resell, sublicense or mass-distribute bespoke integrations or SaaS deliverables we build for you unless we grant written approval. • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, licensing or security controls on connected platforms.

3. AI and Automation Ethics

Where our services include AI integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or similar), you agree not to:

• Use generated outputs in ways that impersonate individuals or generate unlawful content. • Rely solely on automated decisions for high-stakes determinations (e.g. health, safety, finance, legal rights) without appropriate human review and compliance checks.

You are responsible for the prompts, data and downstream use you supply.

4. Data Integrity and Permissions

• Ensure you have lawful authority to connect systems and share data with Flowdesk. • Do not submit data that infringes privacy, contractual or intellectual property rights of others. • Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or misuse.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access to our services, refuse support or revoke credentials where this policy is breached. We may also report violations to relevant authorities.
