Common pricing questions.

After the free discovery call we scope the work in writing — exactly what's included, what's out of scope, and a fixed price. The quote is locked once you approve it. If scope changes later we agree on adjustments before any extra work starts.
You do. Every line of code, every integration account, every credential — it's all yours from day one. We don't gate access, hold code hostage, or charge to release it. You can take it to another team, self-host it, or do nothing with it. Your call.
Nothing breaks. The system keeps running as-is because we don't build dependencies on ourselves. You won't get updates or monitoring after support ends, but everything you paid for stays live. If you want to pick up support again later, just ask.
Almost certainly. We've integrated with Xero, HubSpot, MYOB, Office 365, Slacks, CRMs of every shape, bespoke APIs, and legacy databases. If your tool has an API (or even just a CSV export) we can work with it. The discovery call covers this.
